Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms explain the agreement between you and Rigova 365 when you create an account or use the app. By using Rigova 365 you agree to them.
These are Rigova 365's product terms written in plain English. They have not been reviewed by an attorney and should receive final legal review before launch.
What Rigova 365 is
Rigova 365 is an organizing and education tool for personal, household and small business money. You enter your own numbers (or import a file you exported), and the app helps you see, plan and understand them.
Rigova 365 is not:
- a bank, lender, credit provider or payment service
- a financial adviser, investment adviser or broker
- a tax preparer, accountant or law firm
The app does not connect to your bank, does not move, send or spend money, does not file taxes, and does not contact companies on your behalf. See the disclaimer for how to treat calculators and AI explanations.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.
- Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate sign-up information and keep your email current so you can recover access.
- Owners of a Household or Business space decide who is invited and what each member can do. Members can see and edit only what the owner's space allows.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. New accounts can get one 14-day free trial. Current prices, cancellation and refund rules are in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy and on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; Rigova 365 does not store your full card number.
Your information
You own the information you add. You give Rigova 365 permission to store and process it only to run the app for you and the people you share a space with. How we handle it is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- try to access another person's account, space or records
- attempt to get around plan limits, trials or security controls
- upload unlawful content, malware, or other people's information without permission
- use the app to deceive anyone, or resell it without our written permission
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put other users at risk.
Accuracy and responsibility
Results in the app depend on the numbers you enter and on general assumptions. Estimates, payoff dates, budgets, tax set-aside figures and AI explanations can be wrong or out of date. You are responsible for your own financial, tax and legal decisions; check important ones with a qualified professional.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Rigova 365 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may improve or change features and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll show a notice in the app before it takes effect. You can stop using Rigova 365 at any time and cancel your plan from Plans & billing.
