Subscription, cancellation & refund policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
How paying for Rigova 365 works — before you start, while you're subscribed, and if you decide to stop.
These are Rigova 365's product terms written in plain English. They have not been reviewed by an attorney and should receive final legal review before launch.
Plans and prices
- Personal — $14.99 per month
- Family — $24.99 per month
- Business — $29.99 per month
- Complete — $49.99 per month
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live. There are no setup or hidden fees. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Free trial
- Each account can get one 14-day free trial.
- You add a card to start. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan's monthly price is charged and then repeats each month.
- If your account has already had a trial or a plan, checkout charges the monthly price right away.
Renewals and plan changes
- Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can switch plans from Plans & billing. Switching adjusts the charge for the rest of the current month (proration), so you may see a partial charge or credit.
- If a payment fails, our payment provider retries it. If it still can't be collected, the plan ends and paid features are paused.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time from Plans & billing in the app.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for (or until the trial ends).
- You can undo a cancellation from the same page before that date.
- Your records are not deleted when a plan ends. You can still sign in and see them; adding and editing in paid spaces pauses until you choose a plan again.
Refunds
Charges are generally non-refundable, including partial months, except where a refund is required by law. You can always cancel to stop future renewals. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support through your account and we'll review it.
Complimentary access
Rigova 365 may occasionally give an account free access for a set time. Complimentary access is not a paid plan, isn't charged, and ends on the date shown unless extended.
