Money apps ask for a lot of trust. This page explains exactly what Rigova 365 stores, who can see it, and what it never does.
These are Rigova 365's product terms written in plain English. They have not been reviewed by an attorney and should receive final legal review before launch.
What we collect
- Account details: your email, display name, and sign-in method (email/password or Google).
- What you enter: income, spending, accounts, bills, subscriptions, debts, goals, invoices, tax notes and similar records.
- Files you upload, such as bill photos or PDFs, and CSV files you import.
- Billing status from our payment provider (plan, trial and renewal dates). We never see or store your full card number.
- Security and activity records, such as invitations and important account changes, kept so we can protect your account.
What we deliberately don't store
- Bank logins or passwords — there is no bank connection in the app.
- Full mortgage or loan account numbers, or full vehicle VINs. Only the last 4 digits are saved; the rest is discarded in your browser before anything is sent.
Who can see your records
Every record belongs to a space: your Personal space, a shared Household, or a Business. Access is enforced by the database itself, not just the screens. Your Personal space is private to you, even when you're in a Household. People see a Household or Business only if its owner invited them, with the role the owner chose.
A small number of Rigova 365 administrators can view account and billing information to provide support and keep the service secure. Those views are logged.
How AI features use your information
- Explain this and Ask send a short summary of the numbers on that screen — amounts, categories and dates — to an AI model so it can answer. Your name, email and account numbers are not included.
- Bill reading sends the bill you upload to an AI model to suggest its details. A bill image can contain whatever is printed on it, so upload only bills you're comfortable having read this way. Nothing changes until you approve it.
- AI providers process this information to return an answer; we don't use your records to advertise to you.
Who we share with
We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers. We use a few service providers to run the app:
- secure cloud hosting and database storage
- Stripe, for checkout and subscription billing
- an AI model provider, for the AI features described above
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google
We may disclose information if required by law.
Keeping and deleting information
- You can edit or delete most records at any time.
- Uploaded bill originals and their statement history are kept unchanged as a record, so a bill's history can't be silently rewritten.
- Security and activity logs are kept for account protection. Hiding an item from Recent Activity or invitation history removes it from your view, not from those logs.
- When a member leaves or deletes their account, records they added to a shared Household stay with that Household.
- To close your account and remove your data, contact support through your account. We'll confirm what must be kept for legal or billing reasons.
Security
Connections are encrypted, access is checked by the database on every request, and invitation links are stored only as one-way fingerprints that expire. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password.
Children
Rigova 365 is meant for adults 18 and over and isn't directed at children.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll show a notice in the app. Questions or requests can be sent through the support contact listed in your account. See also the Terms of Service.
